Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 2, 2026

Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights. By using SDR Tracker, you agree to the practices described below.

1. Data We Collect

We collect: (a) your email address when you create an account via Google Firebase Authentication; (b) the activity data you voluntarily log (calls made, emails sent, LinkedIn touches, meetings booked, SQOs created, notes); and (c) basic account metadata such as account creation date and trial/subscription status. We do not collect your name, phone number, physical address, or any payment card details.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely to: provide and operate the SDR Tracker service; display your personal stats and dashboard; communicate with you about your account, trial status, and subscription; and respond to support requests. We do not use your data for advertising. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party.

3. Analytics

We do not use any third-party analytics services (such as Google Analytics). No behavioral tracking pixels or advertising scripts are loaded by this application.

4. Cookies & Local Storage

We use Firebase Authentication cookies and session tokens solely to keep you securely logged in. No third-party tracking or advertising cookies are used. You may clear these cookies at any time through your browser settings, which will log you out of the Service.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate SDR Tracker. Each has its own privacy policy governing their handling of data:

Google Firebase (Firebase Authentication & Firestore): Handles user authentication and stores your activity data in the United States. Privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy

Stripe: Handles all payment processing. When you subscribe, you provide payment information directly to Stripe. SDR Tracker never receives or stores your full card number or banking details. Privacy policy: stripe.com/privacy

6. Data Storage & Retention

Your data is stored in Google Firebase (Firestore) with encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access is restricted to your authenticated account. We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will delete your personal data from our systems within 30 days of receiving your request, except where we are required to retain it by law (e.g., financial records related to subscription billing).

7. International Data Transfers

SDR Tracker is operated in the United States. Your data is processed and stored on servers in the United States. If you are located outside the United States, including in the European Economic Area (EEA), your data will be transferred to and processed in the US. For EEA users, such transfers are conducted under appropriate safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) as provided by Google Firebase and Stripe. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer.

8. Payment Data

All payment processing is handled exclusively by Stripe, Inc. We never store your credit card number, bank account details, or full payment credentials on our servers. We retain only a Stripe customer ID and subscription status to manage your account.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, please contact us at support@mysdrtracker.com and we will delete it promptly.

10. Your Rights — GDPR (EU/EEA Users)

If you are located in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have the following rights regarding your personal data under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Our legal basis for processing your data is the performance of our contract with you (providing the Service).

Right of Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
Right to Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
Right to Erasure: Request deletion of your personal data ("right to be forgotten").
Right to Restriction: Request that we limit how we use your data.
Right to Data Portability: Request your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
Right to Object: Object to processing of your data in certain circumstances.
To exercise any of these rights, email support@mysdrtracker.com. We will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

11. Your Rights — CCPA (California Users)

If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):

Right to Know: Request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, and the purposes for which it was used.
Right to Delete: Request deletion of your personal information, subject to certain exceptions.
Right to Opt-Out of Sale: We do not sell your personal information to any third party. No opt-out is required, but we will confirm this upon request.
Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising any CCPA right.
To submit a request, email support@mysdrtracker.com with "California Privacy Request" in the subject line.

12. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption in transit, Firebase security rules restricting data access to authenticated account owners, and access controls on administrative systems. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. You use the Service at your own risk.

13. Data Deletion Requests

To request deletion of your account and all associated data, email support@mysdrtracker.com with "Account Deletion Request" in the subject line. We will process your request and delete your data within 30 days, and confirm completion by email.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice in the Service. Your continued use of the Service after the updated policy is posted constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

15. Contact

For privacy questions, data requests, or concerns, contact us at support@mysdrtracker.com.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

SDR Tracker does not sell or share your personal information. We never sell, rent, trade, or share your personal data with third parties for advertising, marketing, or any commercial purpose. Your activity data, email address, and account information are used exclusively to provide and operate the Service.

We share data only with essential service providers (Google Firebase for authentication and data storage, and Stripe for payment processing) who are contractually bound to use it only to provide their services to us. Neither of these providers receives your data for their own marketing or advertising purposes.

If you are a California resident and wish to submit a formal request confirming that your data has not been sold or shared, or if you would like to request deletion of your personal information, please:

Email: support@mysdrtracker.com
Subject line: "California Privacy Request" or "Account Deletion Request"
Include: Your full name (if provided), the email address associated with your account, and a description of your request.

We will respond to your request within 30 days and confirm deletion by email once complete.
